● 1.5 cup milk
● 3 tsp sugar
● 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
● 1.5 oz. Baileys
● Marshmallows (for topping)
Pour milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar in a saucepan on low to medium heat
Whisk until smooth
Pour mixture into a mug
Add 1.5 oz Baileys and mix
Top with marshmallows
